Christ Cathedral Academy students (Kindergarten through 8th Grade) attend weekly Mass on Fridays with the Christ Cathedral Parish at 8:15 am. Students in grades 2nd through 8th have an opportunity to lead the liturgy. Our CCA choir sings at this Mass each week. CCA students also attend Mass on Holy Days of Obligation.
 

CGS is a program created by Sofia Cavalletti to satisfy the children’s need of being children of God, which is to live out their relationship with Him.  Since that relationship already exists and needs a place to flourish, an Atrium (a small chapel) is that sacred place to help children enjoy that relationship.  As a matchmaker, my job is to create a space for the children to feel God’s joy, beauty, and love—a space that really respects the dignity of the children so that in this special environment, the children and God may deeply fall in love with each other.
