Reading at home

Parents are encouraged to engage in intentional reading or story time with their student every night. 10+ minutes a night will greatly impact the student’s desire to learn to read as well as love reading altogether. Parents are provided with a monthly “reading calendar” that has reading strategies and suggestions to guide the parents in their nightly reading endeavors.
